    • Wear comfortable clothes you can move and breathe in. We practice yoga barefoot and shoes and belongs are left at the door.
    • Bring a bottle of water. We sell water at the studio and we have purified water for you to drink. Staying hydrated is super important.
    • Eat: Come on an empty stomach. Avoid eating one to three hours before class. A small quantity of simple, easily digestible food is recommended for the meal prior to class.
    • Injuries: Please make your instructor aware of any injuries or medical conditions you have (including pregnancy). This information will be kept confidential. Our classes are designed for yogis of all fitness levels, but if you have special medical conditions, please consult your doctor first.
